1. Apply for a mortgage using the link on the right side of the screed.
2. Collect your two most recent pay stubs, 2 years W2's and a bank statement for the money you are using for a down payment.
3. Once you are approved for a mortgage you can begin to look for a home.
4. I can assist you in your search.
